Background:  

From my teenage years I played at a high level of amateur football, winning several trophies. I also trained as an actor and went on to have several TV roles.

I then worked for seven years in secondary education with children with special educational needs, frequently using a variety of fitness programmes. During that time I had an increasing interest in the theory and practice of physical fitness training.

Qualifications:

Level 2 Gym Instructor

Level 3 Personal Trainer

Areas of speciality:  

Strength and fat loss.
