For as long as I can remember I have always been involved in sport and fitness. Firstly it was Judo which I loved, then athletics competing for Barnet Shaftesbury Harriers. Boxing later became my passion competing for Islington Amateur Boxing Club. I then began to compete semi professionally in boxing, Thai boxing (Muay Thai) and MMA. So it is safe to say that I took a shine to martial arts. Now my passion is being the best fitness trainer I can be and seeing my clients reach their goals while doing things they didn’t think were possible.
