I’ve been active all my life and my first love was dance, first ballet then jazz.
I studied Performing Arts before I stumbled into a gym and started joining into classes. I started in the fitness industry as an instructor, I love the energy and buzz that we can create as a group.
But I wanted to do more and really make a difference in people’s life, I became a personal coach and never looked back.
My job is incredibly fulfilling, I’ve worked with clients of all ages, fitness backgrounds and cultures.
Everyone is unique and my goal is to carefully craft each session to allow my clients to reach their full potential.
